Our company believes in the importance of learning and development, which is why we constantly invest in expanding our employees' competencies. For the second time, we have been recognized as a 'Reliable Employer,' and two-thirds of our team has been with us for over 3 years. This confirms our commitment to creating a motivating and satisfying work atmosphere. It is people who have been, and continue to be, the company's greatest asset since its inception.

Company Strategy
Tide Software's strategy is based on experiences, organization, and a mindset consistent with the 'Toyota Way,' and our production process reflects the 'Toyota Production System.' Its foundation lies in stable and reliable processes, including heijunka (leveling schedules), and at its core are people and continuous improvement, stemming from kaizen. Thus, on one hand, it involves producing solutions that meet client needs, and on the other, extensive R&D that ensures their development and enhancement. We implement our strategy according to the 'Toyota Way' concept pyramid:

People
At Tide Software, we believe that our employees are our most valuable asset. We create an inspiring and supportive work environment that promotes personal and professional development. We focus on team building, cooperation, and mutual support. Our company is based on trust, integrity, and respect for others.
Balanced Scorecard
By implementing the Balanced Scorecard at Tide Software, we monitor progress in strategy implementation, considering 3 dimensions: customers, internal processes (employees), and company growth and development (owners). We focus our actions on the company's long-term goals, which are clear to the entire team and translate into specific tasks and projects. Thanks to this, we concentrate on sustainable development, increasing customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and innovation.
Innovation and Development
We are motivated by continuous development and improvement of our products. We attach great importance to research and development (R&D) and tracking the latest technological trends. We conduct advanced projects based on artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms. We strive to introduce innovative telecommunications solutions that allow our clients to gain a competitive advantage. We regularly update our products, adding new functionalities and improvements to meet growing market expectations. We provide 24/7 support and are always ready to help.
Company Goals
Tide Software operates according to the SMART principle, meaning the goal must be clear and specific, time-bound, measurable, crucial for the company, and pose a significant challenge. To achieve the company's strategic goals, we have set short-term, long-term, and additional indicators for each area. These concern three key aspects: customers, employees, and company owners. Furthermore, we have established the conditions that must be met (within what timeframe, with what company actions and investments) for these goals to be achievable. In this way, we strive for customer and employee satisfaction and to increase the company's market share among the best telecommunications service providers.
Knowledge
We are a software producer that not only provides our clients with software but also shares knowledge and experience with them. We constantly expand our competencies and know-how. We conduct joint activities with universities. Our foundation and driving force are our people, who systematically participate in training, receive new certifications, take part in competitions or conferences, and constantly gain knowledge by directly cooperating with our clients.
Strategic Organizational Principles
of Tide Software
Tide Software operates according to strategic principles that are the foundation of our organization and the implementation of our strategy. These principles are divided into 4 parts according to the 'Toyota Way' concept pyramid: Long-term Vision, Processes, People and Partners, Problem Solving.
Long-term Vision
Principle No. 1 – We base decisions on a long-term vision, even at the expense of short-term gains. We have a strong sense of purpose that dominates all short-term decisions. We work, develop, and orient the entire organization towards a common goal that goes beyond making money. We strive to give everyone a strong sense of place in the company's history and support in elevating it to the next level. We create value for the customer, which is the benchmark for evaluating every company function based on its ability to achieve this point. We conduct extensive R&D.
Processes
Principle No. 2 – We maintain a continuous and fluid problem identification process. We redesign work processes to ensure their continuous flow generates added value. We strive to eliminate areas of suboptimal time and resource utilization (muda). We have established a rapid flow of information regarding errors or problems (Andon) and connected people in such a way that information is revealed to all stakeholders the moment it is discovered. In our motivation and evaluation systems, we pay exceptional attention to the issue of error disclosure and prompt information about them.
Processes
Principle No. 3 – We utilize a 'pull' system. Customer demand and requirements initiate the production process. We produce only what the customer needs and only as much as they need. Customer demand initiates backward production planning. We do not rely solely on computer production forecasting programs (they only assist us), but continuously monitor market (customer) needs and react flexibly to them.
Processes
Principle No. 4 – We level the workload (heijunka). We eliminate overloads and idle time for people, thereby increasing their efficiency, engagement, and reducing failure rates. We level the entire production cycle (even at the cost of individual efficient elements). We monitor value streams, optimizing time and resources (muda).
Processes
Principle No. 5 – We promote a culture of stopping a given process to clarify a problem. The foundation of our customer offering is quality. We utilize all modern, proven quality assurance methods. Our processes incorporate mechanisms for error detection (Jidoka – technology with a human intelligence aspect). We have developed procedures for rapid problem resolution and the application of corrective measures. We instill in the company the concept of stopping or slowing down work to immediately achieve quality and increase long-term productivity.
Processes
Principle No. 6 – We apply as many standardized actions as possible. We strive to use stable, repeatable methods everywhere to maintain process predictability. We capture accumulated process knowledge and standardize it as currently best practices. At the same time, we provide opportunities for every employee to use their creativity to constantly improve these processes (kaizen).
Processes
Principle No. 7 – We apply 'visual' control. We frequently check whether processes are running correctly (we do not rely solely on automation) and on system results or 'charts.' We conduct cross-checks (we swap employees with similar qualifications to check each other's work). We conduct a 'production cycle section' – we analyze the production cycle, what went well, what could be improved, and what was bad and requires fundamental change.
Processes
Principle No. 8 – We use only reliable, thoroughly tested technology that serves our employees. Technology supports our employees, it does not replace them. We extensively research new technologies within R&D. We reject technologies that are not adapted to our company's organizational culture or that could disrupt system stability, reliability, and predictability. Any latest technology that can improve our processes and has proven stable after the R&D stage is immediately implemented.
People and Partners
Principle No. 9 – We develop leaders who understand and promote our company's concept. We cultivate our own leaders, rather than hiring them externally. We do not equate a leader with someone who has people management qualifications. Anyone who understands the company's concept and helps implement it can be a leader. A good leader understands daily work in detail and its relation to the company's strategy.
People and Partners
Principle No. 10 – We develop exceptional people who fulfill the company's objectives. We continuously work hard to disseminate the company's organizational culture. Every individual, every team constantly expands their competencies and knowledge. This is the foundation of Tide Software. We create teams, constantly promoting the 'dream team.' We strive to vary employees' tasks so that their competencies grow across multiple dimensions and become increasingly versatile.
People and Partners
Principle No. 11 – We respect our network of Partners and Suppliers, constantly challenging them with new tasks and helping them improve. Our Partners and Suppliers are an extension of our company, and we treat them as such. We mobilize Partners for continuous growth and development by setting ambitious goals.
Problem Solving
Principle No. 12 – We personally engage to understand the essence of the problem (genchi genbutsu). All of us (every employee, including the Management Board) strive to personally engage in problem-solving by meeting and discussing, rather than theorizing based on data from a computer screen. We think and speak based on personally verified data.
Problem Solving
Principle No. 13 – We make decisions thoughtfully, by consensus after carefully analyzing all possibilities. Decisions are implemented quickly (nemawashi). We analyze several solutions, choosing the best one, instead of following a single path. We use nemawashi, which means discussing the problem with all stakeholders, gathering their ideas, and obtaining acceptance for a given solution.
Problem Solving
Principle No. 14 – We strive to be a learning organization through tireless reflection (hansei) and continuous improvement (kaizen). Even after building and verifying a given process, we constantly strive to analyze and improve it. We protect the organization's knowledge base by ensuring employment stability, minimizing turnover. We use reflection (hansei). Upon reaching subsequent milestones, we conduct a 'case study' to identify all advantages and disadvantages, what and how was successful. This allows us to implement good practices. We constantly learn by standardizing the best solutions and practices.
